All my working life I tried to build a logo from my initials and a lens. Now it has come off. In its transparent version it sits well with the glass effects of this website, and it belongs in my films just as much.

All my working life I tried to build a logo from my initials and a lens. Now it has come off. In its transparent version it sits well with the glass effects of this website, and it belongs in my films just as much.
The whole website now exists in an English version — for people who have moved here for work, and for companies whose corporate language is English. Switch at the top right. One section is new and has no German counterpart: why a photo belongs in a Swiss job application, and what that means if you have come from the UK or the US.

A lot of Swiss company websites still carry the logic of the time they were built in: little text, no way in, a shop window with no door. Today the website decides not only whether someone becomes a customer, but also whether someone applies for a job.
