Project success you can see
Kunsthaus extension, Zurich: from the stone in the quarry to the finished façade — around 500 tonnes of it, built into this one building. A project followed from start to finish, in time lapse.
Your project team does the work, and afterwards nobody sees it. I follow the project with camera and film over its whole run: from the start, through the stages that matter, to handover — on site at the right moment each time. Pharmaceutical processes, large construction, new production halls, digital architecture.
The material carries your work to where decisions are made: the board presentation, the intranet, the final report. Pictures and short films that show what the team actually built.
The same person for photography and film, over the whole project. What I see stays in the company. Written consent is obtained for everyone photographed, and an NDA on request.
ASK ABOUT PROJECT COVERAGEReaching the people you want to hire
The job ad is out, Instagram is running, and nothing comes back. The catch is the last step: anyone who is serious looks at the website before applying. And the website disappoints — inconsistent information, visibly out of date, and it does not look like a place people want to work.
I look at your website and measure instead of guessing. Out of that comes a proposal: a refresh, not a rebuild. Design and technology at the standard people know from everywhere else. And changes that make you interesting as an employer, not only as a supplier. Photography and film follow once the basis is in place.
THE RESULT- No hurdle to get started: the first contact takes two minutes, documents upload straight away, on a phone as well. How far the application goes is up to you.
- No form from another era: people who are interested get in touch there and then, instead of leaving it for later. Later never comes.
- Credible: the company is shown as it is today — including to people who are comparing you with somebody else.
«Patrik Hänggi has been our photographer for business reportage for fifteen years. He reads people well and always finds a way to show them at their best. In June he covered our staff event with more than 170 people — with humour and composure he photographed over 90 changing groups as well as the whole evening. The result: professionally finished group photos and a coherent reportage. The price is right, and we are very happy with the pictures.»

«When I took over the management of Froidevaux Möbel Manufaktur AG last year, I got to know their long-standing photographer Patrik Hänggi. At Froidevaux the rule is that furniture photographs come out of the camera, not out of the computer. Working with him is thoroughly productive — his ideas, his photographs and films and their quality surprise us again and again. On top of that he delivers convincing picture and advertising concepts.»

Commercial photography & business reportage
Commercial photography. Portraits of the board, management and staff. Group photos at your premises or in the studio. Reportage, architecture, short films. And the Web-Refresh, when the website can no longer keep up.
Pictures that stand out and say something, without needing to be explained. Imagination is my raw material, visual ideas are my tools. I make you visible.
For small and medium companies, sole traders and large firms in the Laufental, the Basel region and across Switzerland. Product photography in the 150 m² studio in Zwingen, working reportage at your own premises.
- Team portraits: your people, looking like themselves. On a good day. For the website, print, the annual report and LinkedIn.
- Architecture: offices, plants, production halls, building projects. Photographs that show the scale instead of claiming it.
- Events & reportage: processes in engineering, medicine, trades and administration. Plus company events and celebrations.
- Product photography: your goods for the shop, the catalogue and the poster. Sharp into the corners.
